SmartSockets

With thousands of test and burn-in sockets designed, Loranger has the experience to design a socket to meet your requirements.

The Loranger SmartSocket system contains a combination of programmable control modules, heaters, temperature sensors, diode sensors and software. The SmartSocket system can be applied to most Loranger sockets, and can be used to maintain a programmable temperature setpoint.

Design Features

•	Loranger SmartSockets are available with combinations of temperature sensors, package diode monitoring, heaters, heat sinks and programmable control modules.
•	Loranger SmartSocket software can be programmed to monitor and maintain an individual temperature setpoint for each socket.
•	Loranger SmartSockets are available without the control module for connecting to customer supplied temperature monitoring and controlling equipment.
•	Loranger SmartSockets compensate for package wattage and chamber temperature variations to achieve uniform package temperatures during burn-in.
•	Loranger SmartSockets can be used for elevated package temperature testing at room temperature.
